If you tell us what the billboard is to advertise, that would definitely help provide the best C&C, however, that aside, the exposure looks a little hot, and the red channel seems a little high.

Yeah, this. The color issue is making the image somewhat soft. Does seem kind of odd that you are asking for C&c on this image given what it is to be used for. Does the company you are working for not have a creative director or someone in charge of the advertising? The wrinkled sheet is not helping much either.

Yes, the red channel is blown and so are your highlights. The WB is really off, which can throw the whole picture outta whack. The image is also OOF. The combination of all of those things makes for poor image quality. I do like her expression though.

That drooping fabric on her dress makes her feel very...bottom-heavy, or as if she is being pulled backwards...that needs to be cleaned up...the "line"of her dress which is being pointed to by her elbow looks bad. And her back looks "hunchy".
