I have never been good with digital editing and am in need of some assistance, I have an idea of what i want design wise but need it to be altered (plagiarism reasons). And, while I'm at it, just to clarify: Are you looking for someone to take an existing design and change it JUST ENOUGH so that it isn't "plagiarism" or are you wanting someone to actually create a design?
