Hey guys! I'll just drop a set of photo's here.
Taken with a Nikon D3200 & 55-300mm f/4.5-5.6. (Meh equipment.. But whatever!)
Been photographing for about ~6 months now. Looking for some C&C on the pictures.

Meh equipment that proved great results.

That's a great set, animals are no different than people, eye contact with the camera is always a good thing. ANd I've seen plenty of shots from "entry level" gear that i could never dream of matching. And I've spent a good amount of money on gear.

One tip, when posting just put 2 or 3 blank spaces between photo's. It make it easier on the viewer

And what on earth is that in the last 2 ?????

Way too many shots to post..try just 2 or 3 for some good feedback

Overall I think they're great. The hyena ones seem a bit under exposed. Maybe avoid cutting off the beak and tail. Also, when shooting these beautiful wild animals in captivity, I try to shoot (if possible) in such a way as to not include any man made features or structures, for example some chain link fences could have been avoided in some of your shots. The elephant pics are awesome.

What everyone else said. Plus, nice action shots of the lions. Would have been nice to get them farther away from the left of the frame.

Right. Beekse Bergen added to the I-need-to-go-there-sometime-list. :D

Nice action shots on the lions btw. I'd probably crop them different, but the action is cool.

Haha thanks!
And it's a Northern White-cheeked gibbon ;)

Yeah, I totally agree. Sadly the picture was taken on the very left side of their confinement. So if I didn't crop it that way you'd be looking at the bars.

Yeah, I did my best to avoid getting fences and so on the pictures. Sadly it didn't go well al the time.
I'll change the Hyena pictures tonight, I do have a picture of the bird with it's beak, but the beak is in front of the chains sadly. Was waiting there for around 20 minutes for the damn thing to move away but it just kept standing there haha.

Yeah, I agree. I did want to show my entire set from the day though!
