how do you frame up photo's I see when some people use them and on some photo's it really makes them pop.I'm sure its in PS but I'm a newbiee at that to.
I'M using PS CS2

If you're a complete newbie to Photoshop then framing a photo is pretty difficult stuff. you have been warned. hehehe. But do it a few times and you'll get the hang of it.

Google for Photoshop Frame Tutorial. heaps will come up with step by step instructions and images. Or search in the Digital Programs section of this forum.
