Looks fine to me except the background on the first two photos, it´s bit distracting for me. And is it just me or is the car on the second photo seems crashing down to her head?

As mentioned: Background, background, background! You've got an attractive model, nice lighting and a horrid background. Find a location with a plain, non-distracting background and shoot some more.
