No problem. Having never dealt with APS, it was a learning experience for me, as well.

APS came and went very quickly ... it was probably the shortest life span of any film format.
Us people in the old photo industry still have memories of having a new format dumped on us ... especially the added complications of developing the stuff.

Great idea to bring a very simple easy cartridge type format back (remember 126 and 110) for those point and shooters (there were even interchangeable lens cameras using APS) ... but it came a decade too late.

I hadn't thought of this. But I thought the Advantix was oval shaped, am I thinking of something else?? I don't recognize the cartridge in the photo you posted Charlie.

Mal_aysia you might be lucky someone working at your local Boots knew what this was.

So I recently discovered when I brought a cheap Minolta macro lens. It was for their Vectris series cameras (for APS) all electronic focus & aperture so not practical to adapt
