35mm film scanner...

I've decided I'd like to get a decent film scanner for my 35mm negatives, would rather not spend over £100 so I guess it depends what I can get for that price really.

I've been looking at the CanoScan 4400F, which is only £50 from Amazon. But I've no idea on all the technicalities really so thought this would be a good place to ask
