For my perspective, I like 1, 3, and 4. I love the pose on 2, but there's a couple things about it (besides the angle) that bug me, that I can't quite put my finger on.

Part posed, part good timing. They were staring at the neighbors cat on the other side of the fence (hence them looking in the same direction). I saw a photo oppourtunity, so I put the dog on the right's paw on the dog on the left's shoulder, adjusted my camera settings and fired off a few shots before they moved.
