A cooperative little dragonfly

This little guy was hanging out on the fig tree in my back yard. He was very cooperative. This is not macro, but he let me get to minimum focus range.

You have to talk to them. I kept talking while shooting and he kept listening.

Very nice. I enjoy photographing these insects using my 18-55 kit lens. Sometimes, they cooperate and will almost pose for me and sometimes they don't.
