taken this past summer at Artist Point near Mt Baker in the northern Cascades of Washington...

ominous clouds and storm light - could be somewhere in Mordor??

That first shot is a real wall-hanger - very good. The second shot is under-exposed in my opinion and the pseudo-horizon of the mountain tops runs right through the middle of the image. Perhaps you can lighten it up a bit and crop it in favour of the sky or the mountains to get the "horizon" higher or lower than its present location.
