I'm originally a landscape photographer. I can get beautiful sky like there's no tomorrow w/o HDR... at least thats what I tell myself in my own head!

How do you manage those skies? Do you use neutral density filters or something else?

There are a bunch of tools you can use, depending on what you're doing and the lighting condition. You have ND, GND, polarizer, supplemental lighting, and lastly DR of the D800.

I love it! When I renew my wedding vows, we are having a them wedding from the 1930's or 40's. Flapper style with gangster. Should be cool! You did an excellent job.
