Not bad at all; my main niggle is that both of the colour shots are wayyyy too red. Rough in your WB on her scarf and fine tune from there. A couple of compositional notes: Crop lower or higher in 1 & 2; avoid the disembodied hands (remember, your camera will still work if you turn it 90 degrees left or right), and I don't really 'get' #3. If he had a ring on it would make sense, but as-is... ?

She had asked me to show of her "promise" ring some how so this is what I did. Yes, would make much more sense if It was engagement LOL

Now I am a little curious to see how much you would like them if you did adjust the white balance using maybe the snow or his t-shirt for reference.

Yeah all the red bothers me. I could have handled them being on the warm side a bit but this is more of a off tint kind of look. Its so red that the girl is turning red. personally I always think that the best couples photos are bw. Its timeless.

Oh dear...

These are not bad shots, but they aren't perfect either. As everyone has pointed out, the WB is off. That's not opinion, it's fact, just like if someone said, "You chopped a limb," would be a fact and not an opinion (not YOU specifically, just using this as an example).

You can use actions to get the effects your looking for, but it's important to make sure they aren't overdone. Use masks! Even if you don't use an opaque brush, use something like 30-50% to go over the skin and whites.
