I took my sisters family portaits this weekend. My nephew fell and skinned his knee, this is the resulting snapshot.

This would I think, be MUCH stronger without the "unusual" treatment.

Not well framed imo.
Lots of space on the bottom that doesn't add much and clipped on top and right.
perhaps framing this way.
