A Night Out

I spent last night out with another photographer here in Alsace, France. It's not the darkest place there is but the Milky Way was well visible with naked eyes. I can't imagine what it must be in really dark places. We got lucky with the sky being clear just when we wanted. There were still some very thin clouds and some were trails left by planes (picture #2).

Beautiful sky. #3 is the best in my opinion.
