Can I post pics that are edited in photoshop, like I put fire on my hand and things like these.If yes where?

Thanks but I can't find where it says that if it's forbidden to post photoshoped pics...

It isn't forbidden. If you're talking about digital art, composites, etc, as opposed to simply normal post-processing, than the "Graphics Programs & Photo Gallery" in the digital section would be fine, alternatively the General Gallery will work too.
