Accidentally saved some images as prophoto rgb

So.. just realized some of my images got saved as prophoto at export in lightroom 5 instead of srgb. I have corrected that.. BUT.. my laptop just took a dive.. not sure where that stands as far as retrieving things from it. I have backups.. but not necessarily of the raw files.. just the jpegs that were exported in prophoto. Can I somehow convert these prophoto jpegs to srgb?

Shouldn't be too hard. If all you have is LR and the Jpegs, then import them and re-export as sRGB. In something like Photoshop, just open them, change them (Image/Mode) to sRGB and save.

Cool! I pray that's all it takes. Lol going to install lr on my desktop today I guess and give that a go!

I tried it out! I had my old LR on this desktop so gave it a quick go on an image and uploaded to web to make sure and YAY! What great news. Thanks!!
