Advice on Lenses

I currently have a Minolta 5000si and a Tamron 28-80mm. I would like to get another lens. Been thinking about getting a 28-200mm or a 80-200mm. Which lens would be best for me? I am getting into Wedding/Debut photography business.

Appreciate any advice y'all can give me.

Generally the shorter the range of the zoom, the better it will be as it is trying to do less. I would personally say that 28-200 is not likely to be good, whereas 80-200 is just about right, especially as you have a 28-80 already.
