Algae is the green that you see. Lets be honest with the OP. Nothing is going to save that image other than shooting it over again. It's part of learning and I'm sure the OP can do this particular subject better.

I like it as-shot. I do however, think that it might look even better with just slightly more depth of field,and I mean slightly more, like with the aperture closed down one f/stop or so. I'm not too keen on the cropped version somebody posted above, since to me, the cropped shot takes away too much of the out of focus zones, and makes the image feel more cramped, with less "context" if you will, for the little bit that is within the depth of field band. I just wish the lips were a leeeeetle bit more in focus...I think that would make it better. As-shown it's still got some visual interest. Nicely seen.
