Cygnets are calming.

Were missing 2 swans, one of the adults and one of the three juveniles. Noticed this 3 odd weeks ago and still nothing, hope it wasn't that bloody fox from the other week.

There the main attraction out there and to go from 2 breeding pairs to none is depressing, hope the adult has just gone on an adventure.

They actually had more adventure than they bargained for. An hour later I saw Lewisville Lake Rescue dropping a boat into the river to go after them. The lake was high at the time, and a lot of water was being released, causing a lot of turbulence further downstream. And notice, no life vests...

Last nights Aurora left nothing but static on shortwave radio bands. Poor pic as not much sky on my porch in Atlanta.
