Folks, KEH.COM will be at North Tampa Photography store the 17th and 18

So you can visit a brick and mortar and ONLINE retailer at the same time

I usually try to go to my local national camera exchange but some things aren't worth the extra cost. Usually small items like remote triggers.

Not sure how it can be $29.99 at national camera exchange and $17.99 best buy.

This video is a bit of a stretch if you're trying to compare it to the topic at hand.

A Nikon D7000 purchased at your local B&M for retail went through the same factories and the same channels to get to you as if you ordered it from Amazon or a seller on eBay.

Making a blanket statement that everything you buy that isn't at your local B&M is "cheap" is just silly and there is no point in arguing if you really believe that.

It's call WalMarting of America.

Cheap, cheap, cheap..... that's all that matters. Quality? Hah! Service? Fuggedabowdit. Innovation & Progress? Ain't happening.

But seeing how you are already assimilated, it makes no sense to attempt to discuss it with you.

Just like who you vote for, where you buy your things is a personal choice.

Funny how you resort to silly insults instead of just agreeing to disagree. You've called me "assimilated" because I've allegedly succumbed to the mass hysteria of wanting a good deal on the things I buy (*gasp HOW COULD HE????).. All I remember saying to you was this:
You desire a business relationship with the store your buy from which is fine. It sounds like you have a good one. Not everyone requires that type of relationship.

Nothing derogatory or off track. I don't remember insinuating anything about your choices or hanging a label over your head, like you have to me. Furthermore, I didn't make any foolish blanket statements that have no basis in reality (everything purchased outside of B&M's is "cheap") :lmao:

You're just very attached to your opinion (and there's nothing wrong with that). But you cross the line when you force it on others and are insulting in the process.

It makes you look bad.

So, there's a building in New York that says "B&H Photo" on its front....does that make them a "brick and mortar" company?

Here's a photo of a huge building, in the public domain, and it says AMAZON, UK on the front of the building. Sooooo, that building makes Amazon a brick and mortar company by way of Schewetty-logic. Right?

Thanks, I didn't need the grief.

That explains why they list the Nikon D7000 as available and for half price! It also explains why their lenses are so expensive compared to B&H!

I thought I smelled a rat.

Jimdus
