Good quality - low priced = oxymoron.

What kind of frames?
To get wholesale pricing you're going to have to buy a lot of frames.

A basic Nielsen 8 x 10 metal frame is about $15 each.
Buy 50, or more, at a time the price goes down to about $13.70 each.

A basic econo-wood frame with standard acrylic glazing and the cheapest mount board is about $19. Buy 50, or more, at a time the price goes down to about $17 each.
