I am wondering the same about the first but like the patterns that I see, all the same, and I do like the colours, DOF, arrangement and lighting of the second VERY much.

Yup its a spiral-bound cookbook, actually. It folds out nicely and stands by itself. Maybe later I'll put up a pic of it.
