Decided to post a few different types of arch shots before the more stereotypical one's that I've taken. The line on one side to go down inside was huge...

It's the base of the St Louis Arch.

The Gateway Arch in St. Louis...I'll post some other pics up later that show more of the arch, it's too big to include the whole thing from up close, but these people all are waiting in line to go down underneath it, and then you take an elevator up inside the arch itself. Funny thing is they were all waiting in this huge line, and at the other side there was no waiting at all...

Yah we went up. I've got a snap shot of us at the top. Have a few from out of the windows. I'll dig them out.

Sounds good I wondered what the view from the top would look like, and if it would be hard to get a decent shot from there...
