Bad sensor or bad card?

I shot these in Program. I've currently got a class 4 card.

Can you look at the exif data for the shots containing the bar and tell me the shutter-speed the program-mode used?

I used P. No shutter or aperture priority. 1/60 f5.6-8.0 ISO 400.

My first thought was a syncing problem with your flash. If the shutter-speed is too fast, it will close before the flash has fully-fired, producing a bar along the bottom. But with a speed of 1/60, that shouldn't be the issue.
