I was paying a visit to the zoo with the kids, when I saw this. Not quite what you would expect to see there.

I can't think of anything wrong with it. I like the composition and the mood here. If this is a digital B&W conversion, you did a very nice job with your tonal range, as well.

What equipment did you use?

Thanks for the comments. Glad you like it, I was afraid it was a bit too boring.
I used a Canon 300D with a 100-400 lens. f4.5, ISO800, 1/40 @100mm. The ISO800 explains the noise of which this camera shows quite a bit too much I think. For this picture, it doesn't really matter.
