Bend The Light & TinyTogger are Winners!

A good start in my camera club's first competition of the year.

Open (any topic) Colour Print...I entered these:

Scarborough came in first!

The tiger WOULD HAVE BEEN 2nd, but we are not allowed 2 places in the top 3, but score-wise, it had the second highest of the night.

Oh, and to make things better, TinyTogger (Ruby, my daughter aged 6) is now a paid up member of the club, and entered this:

The otter came 2nd in the Endeavour category (for newcomers) and was 8th out of 34 entries overall!

Lovely image of the waterfront scene near dusk--just lovely.

As to TinyTogger's shot--first off, let me say well done TinyTogger!!!, and second, do they feed the otters young ducklings??? I mean, is that what that otter is eating??? it just seems so, well, so odd to me.

They feed those otters baby chicks, yes. These otters are quite small, and live on land animals more than fish, apparently. Things like mice, voles and chicks.
