buy it either from adobe or amazon. Dont buy it from ebay because it is full of pirated software. It may not be pirated but the serial # has been used and shared with other people probably.

I wish they would give legitimate professional a deal, even if not quite a good one. But i guess it's easier to validate if someone is a student, than it is if someone is a legit pro...
