Best pressure cooker?

I'm in the market for a pressure cooker and this was one of the best rated ones on Amazon and the price doesn't seem too bad... any thoughts?

I love my Instant Pot. It can be both pressure and slow cooker, and I have also tried out the yogurt setting (it's fine but came out a bit runny.)

I have two presto pressure cookers, a presto pressure canner and an instant pot, the exact one you're looking at, the thing I love about my instant pot is it's silence, normally pressure cookers hiss and burble and it's annoying as hell over a couple of hours.
