I am also sort of new, but welcome to the board. I like your image. I just have a few comments since you asked for feedback. I think it helps if you give some details about the settings when you took the shot (f-stop, ISO, shutter speed, etc.).

Did you use a tripod for the shot, and did you do any post processing?

The reason I ask is there seems to be some blur when you look real close and also some chromatic aberration. The colors look a little washed out but that may just due to the scene.

I like the composition overall, there are some nice lines leading you around the image, but I found myself searching for a subject. If I were working with the image, I would try to bring out a little more color and work on the clouds to bring them out a little more.

One hint. When shooting the ocean horizon be sure it is level. If you didn't get it level in the camera you can fix it in post process. As you can see your image is tilted slightly clockwise. Welcome to the forum
