Bridge lights reflections

This autumn doesn't please with good weather but a few days weren't rainy so I took a couple of pictures. What do you think?

I'm surprised the reflections are as sharp as they are in the first one. I would have expected a 13 sec exposure to have blurred the reflection, more like the 20 sec exposure in the second one. I think they are both good but the second one is just a more interesting bridge and the moon helps the shot too.

I guess the river flow was slower first time that why the reflections aren't so blured.
