Are you looking for a serious answer ?

You can get the fishey effect in photoshop.
But that is quite different from what a fisheye lens does. A real fisheye lens will give you an extreme wide angle. Like Bitter even said, around 3-4 mm is posible.
You wont get thatfrom running you regular photo through a distortion filter in photoshop
