C&C per req: Well, it's a start, but IMO, you have a ways to go. The cloning needs more effort, and in the process you've induced blown highlights into the lights on the front bumper. The secret here is to start with a good image to begin with. You needed a large, diffuse light camera left to improve the exposure as well as a much larger aperture to render the background more diffuse and less distracting. Also, don't forget the small things: Scrub the dirt off of the exposed areas of the tires and wheel-wells, and consider a polarizing filter to reduce some of the reflections.

Your PP really brought out the reflection on the car. But it looks like to blew out some other parts of the car, ie.. the tire and fog light.

With that said, I like the effect of Vignetting it almost gives the effect that you used a flash.

And with all that being said this is just the word of some guy and no where near a professional!

I'm liking the vignette. I agree with all the statements already posted. I do want to add, however, that your edit IS a big improvement. Especially at first glance. Good job.
