C&C - Stay in School

I snapped this while Downtown a week or so ago, and I have been working with it trying to portray what I had in mind, but I'm not sure if it works. Feedback is very much appreciated.

Also, I *SUCK* at finding titles for my work, so any advice on that and its pertinence to the message of the photo will be welcomed.

I like the idea, but it seems a little too far away to me. I am not sure how to better crop it since you would lose the curb lines which give the scene some context, but that is my initial impression. I am not sure why you feel the need to title the image at all if you think you suck at it. I am sure some will think your "stay in school" title is a bit offensive since we don't know the circumstances which led to these two gentlemen to live on the street. They may have a PHD for all we know. Either way, I the shot is a great concept and I would try different crops to create more sense of intimacy.
