Camera backpack - suggestions?

Where can I find a camera backpack for under $40?
That has most of the following requirements?

-Carry 2 bodies, and up to 3 lenses.
-Tripod holster on either side.
-Several smaller pockets for memory cards, shutter remotes, ect.
-BACKPACK not a sling.
-Water resistant bag

Or if anyone knows a website that sells camera backpacks fairly cheap that would work too!

Well most of the cheap generics I've seen really won't carry that much gear - most of the ones you can get in that price range will usually carrry 1 DSLR and maybe a couple of lenses and at least for a guy my size they look like I stole some little kids backpack. If your budget is a little flexible I'd take a look at Ebay and see if you can't get a better, name brand one used - you are generally looking at around $60-$100 for a good sized one used. I just picked up a Tamrac cyberpack 8 myself, paid a little less than $100 for it with shipping and it will accommodate all my gear, my laptop and give me plenty of room to expand later as I add more lenses.

I guess my recommendation would be to go that route - I bought one of the cheaper generics myself and it turned out to be nearly useless - it wasn't wide enough to accommodate my camera body if I added the grip to it, so the only way to store everything was to break it all down, which pretty much eliminated the usefulness of the backpack right there.

Ebay is where I always get my backpacks. I would say that if you went up to at least $60 you would expand your options pretty good. Here's and ebay search for under $40.

My lowepro flipside 400aw will do all that, but it was about $100 more than your budget. Lifetime warranty and carries well. I love it. If you can find one used, it is worth considering. I've had a canon 7d, canon 350d, tamron 17-50mm f/2.8, canon 50mm f/1.8, canon 70-200mm f/2.8, canon 28-135mm, canon 430ex ii, spare batteries, cf cards, remote, rocket blower, etc... All in there. The tripod attaches to the back. There is an all weather cover that pulls over the bag, but a tripod can get in the way. The cover doesn't block access to the camera gear though.
