Cannon 6D or Nikon D750

Two of my favorite-of-all-time cameras have been canon. Still, as between these two choices, I vote nikon D750.

the selection of lens is better

With Canon? I don't think so; The Nikon DSLRs use most of the lenses made for the F mount (some may not have full capabilities) providing a large used market.
