Cannon t2i question

I just purchased a Cannon t2i in a kit that included macro closeup lenses +1, +2, +4 and +10. The lenses are 52mm and my Cannon lens is a 18-55mm. I'm new at this, but the lenses don't fit my cannon lens. I must have to buy an adapter ring in order to use these? Your help would be appreciated. Thanks
