Good Afternoon

Looking for better Crisp photos, Is there settings on this Body, that I need to switch, or anything else that would help me out. I do a lot of Sports Photography in Gyms. Any tips would help out.
Thanks!

Basically depends on the lens your using and shutter speed (f0r action shots). A monopod could help a little as well.

What settings are you using? What lens? An example of your work would help us to help you.

+1
There are any number of reasons that could be causing you problems. Without examples of your work and the settings (aperture, shutter speed and ISO) as well as any other details (eg using a tripod - using flash) we simply cannot offer you any viable advice to your situation.

Sorry, I an using the Canon 7d markii, Tamron lens 70-200, with Monapod

f stop 2.8, shutter speed 320, ISO 3200

What focusing are you using? This could have something to do with it. The image is a little soft and under exposed to me.

Id say increase your aperture a bit, with that large of an aperture, only the exact spot you focus on is going to be in complete focus. But wait for others, Im more of a landscape photographer, dont do action much.

Check the manual and enable the high ISO expansion setting. This will give you a higher maximum ISO limitation. Then raise your ISO; you might not always need the highest ISO that you've just unlocked, but in dim indoor conditions shooting action you might well have need of it so have it enabled by default.

Then you want to get your shutter speed up - 1/500sec is where I would start and see how that goes with some shots. You will likely get some motion blur on fast moving areas, but you might like that effect when the rest comes in sharp; If you still get blur then boost the ISO more and use a faster shutter speed (since you're already at f2.8 and thus can't use a wider aperture - and likely wouldn't want to anyway as going much wider the depth of field becomes very thin.

Focus wise manual can work; but its tricky with modern digital cameras which are designed for auto-focus (no visual aids unless you custom mod them in). You might want to experiment and the 7DMII has an outstanding AF system built in.

A single AF point and use the little nib on the back to move it around (as you need to for compostion of the shot) and then focus that on the key point of interest (typically the face).

edit Getting action shots - focusing and framing advice needed Photography Forum

Its dealing with horses rather than fighters; but some of the principles discussed might be relevant to your situation since its also an action sport in dim conditions.

That said don't overlook manual; many do use it to very good effect in these sports.

Ok, one more thing, I hold the shutter button, down and it take 4 pictures, how do I change this?

Change it to what - do you want more or less shots? Ideally in this kind of sport getting 4 shots is maybe more ideal since you have more chance to catch "that moment" in the heat of the moment. If its fulling up your memory card the best advice is to get more cards.

If you want to go back check the manual for burst modes as that will let you change the number of shots you take (typically you've got a single shot - fast and super fast on the 7D line).

I would also consider reading up on the back button focus as well. It will help with the focus and following action.

For what you are doing I would try AUTO ISO, 1/320, and f/4, maybe even 1/500. Also I would use Auto Focus Continuous.
