No technical problems that I see, just not that interesting in my opinion. Maybe others will think differently, though.

Potential but if you're going to pull off a shot like this, the silhouette needs to be tack sharp and needs to contrast well with the background. The seemingly blurry top of the trees against the darker blue really breaks the interest point of the image. I do however like how the cloud shapes fill in some of the negative space.
