I agree with Tired, and would add that the framing would be greatly improved by moving her slightly to the right. If you are here simply to get pats on the back then I would suggest posting in the 'Just for fun' forum'.
With a little more room on top you could have her eyes at the sweet point (1/3rd of the way down). The way her elbow is pointing calls for the move to the right to give it space to point into while the space on her right is dead.
Welcome to the Forum (seriously)! Expect critique here, most of it is good and comes from folk who know photography. I've learned an awful lot from my colleagues here and I still learn more every time I submit a photo. Sometimes critique can be harsh but I've learned to suck it up and take it on the chin.
Yes. Can YOU see the difference? It looks much better to me.
Although you've cut her off through the middle of the the bust line, I don't think it hurts it much here but it's something to watch in future. The rule of thumb that I've picked up here is not to crop at ankles, knees, crotch, bust, wrists or elbows. A little above or below is OK but not at the actual joint if you can avoid it. Cropping at the joints tends to make it look/gives an impression as though the limb has been amputated (I think I have that right!). Rules can be broken (of course) but they work most of the time.
Keep up the good work and keep posting your photos. I for one will look forward to seeing more.
