Fix the lights, and that blue will "pop" all that much more. At the same time, it's still a really cool shot!

Here is a modified version with the street lights fixed. Not to make excuses, but it was tough to get those looking right in the first place. They were really bright glowing orbs, and they messed with my exposure. Hopefully this looks better.
