Clematis

The clematis are blooming and exceptionally well colored this year. I was upset when the white clematis first bloomed, a couple of years ago, it was supposed to be pink. But when I saw it blooming in the early morning muted light, it really is kinda pretty. Makes me think of a wedding.

I always like this one. This color is so deep.

I know flowers are not a favorite for some of you , but photographing them is one of the joys of gardening.
