Considering Digital SLR

I have a Minolta 3xi (old) 35mm and a Nikon Coolpix 4300. I want to combine the best of both worlds.
I've narrowed it down to Nikon D70S and Cannon EOS 20D.

Can you offer any input or experiences - good or bad - with these two cameras?

I've always been a canon girl. I just recently bought the 20D and so far I'm loving it!

I've also got a 20D and love it.

The best advice would be to go into a camera shop and try them both out...see which one feels best in your hands.

Also, there is a big Camera show this month (PMA). Canon may be introducing an upgrade or replacement for the 20D. You might want to hold out for the new model...or you may be able to get a 20D at a discounted price.
