Very nice. I'm viewing on two, manually calibrated monitors - one is a little cooler than the other, warmer with slightly more saturation. The colour and skin tone of your image look excellent on each.

Thanks, but I wanted a dark muted grey for the background. I used a 10x36" strip box as an accent light, just out of frame camera left at ~135° and I think it caught enough of her left shoulder to have a clear delineation from the background. Perhaps another camera right would have added a bit more impact though. Thanks again.

Cheers Matt. Skin tone is one of my shortcomings in post and your comment is much appreciated. I'm remembering to use the grey card more often.

uh, please remember you are writing to a non-native english poster, I had to resort to the dictionary (for tongue-in.cheeck) . Let me be slightly more wordy.
I think convincing is the (or a) role of corporate portrait. This picture fulfil this role (in fact, also NayLoMo6C comment goes in that direction): serious, clear, no suspicious shadows. I can trust her, even if she is selling Enron shares .
