The amount that I dislike #2 is paralleled only by the amount I do like #1. I work in finance and would love to have a #1 style picture of myself.

Very nicely done. I would like to see a bit more detail in the eye area, but overall I dig the effect you achieved. :thumbup:

I went back and cleaned up all the spots. Can't believe I didn't catch it the first time around. Wasn't being as critical as I thought. Almost a little embarrassing but that's why CC is so beneficial!

Sometimes one tends to get so lost in the big picture that the details become invisible... and vice versa. Having someone else take a look with fresh eyes is often the trick.

I have basically the same critiques as everyone else. I like #1 and #3, but think you could use a lot more shadow detail, particularly in the faces. Also, there's a lot of falloff in the bottom of the frame on #3.

However, I don't think you went in the right direction for a corporate shot. These photos make the guys look shady and evil. (Not a comment on the guy's actual personality) These photos would not make me think that the guys are good guys to work with, are more likely to try and take over my company.
