Cowboy studio radio trigger

I just bought the cowboy studio radio trigger and the red led light goes off but my flash isn't when I press it what do I do?

What flash? Are you sure that you have good batteries in the flash, the transmitter and receiver units? Is your flash set to manual (shouldn't matter, but it might)? Are the transmitter and receiver set to the same frequency (there should be a set of DIP switches on each; make sure they match).

Send it back, and buy some Yongnuo's if you want an inexpensive trigger that works! Cowboy studio quality is less than awesome!

Make sure you didnt slide it in backward.

changed all batteries and put in new
