Being brave and diving right in. Only my second post. This one of my favorite sessions to date.. senior shoot. I am new here and wanted to start off with kind of showing you all where I am at and getting honest feedback. Be gentle. :heart:

Welcome to the site. These are very nice. Just a couple of skin things that could be cleaned up in the one with the peach shirt. (They may be natural but why not fix it for such nice photos.)

I agree, the first shot is a cute pose, and has EXCELLENT integration of the subject into the scene! Well-done! The peach shirt shot is cute, but the blades of grass overlapping the lips are a bit distracting, but otherwise it's a cute shot. #3 of her on her back and looking upward appears soft, as if maybe out of focus,but I think the shot can be revived and made into a lovely, ethereal, diffused glow type of shot with a different processing tack.

The last shot needs a bit of cropping to bring back a feeling of either better balance, or more dynamism; the placement of her eyes in that position in the frame feels static. Decent color and skin tones on all of these I think. She looks good in them, and has a feeling of 'personality' that comes through, which is something a lot of seniors do not seem to display in their photos.

I like all of them. The lighting is flattering and your poses are good.

The only things that I would have to say in terms of critique is that the photo of her on her back seems a bit out of focus. It looks like the focus is on her shirt and not her face. And that second image would benefit from a slight increase in contrast, I think. It seems a bit flat. Other than that, they look good.

- I like them all but I have small issues with 2 and 3.
- Image 2: Grass in front of her face at all is an issue for me.
- Image 3: The reeds/grass cutting off her head bother me here.

Outside of those two things I really like the shots.

Added: I am not a huge fan of the expression in image 4 now that I re-look at it. Perhaps this girl has a hard edge to her, but you didn't show that to us with the previous 3. Her jaw is set, if not clinched in the 4th image even though she is somewhat smiling through it.
