we made it, and wow.. what a trip! Maria was good, and she loves it here, as I do.. it's a wonderful place to be.

I see so much more now.. my observation skills are so much more intense.. I hope my pics are enjoyable, I am having a blast already.. 350 frames today!

Hey! Ray, good to hear you made the journey all right and that also Maria was good on the plane. Must feel wonderful for Daisy to be back home, now as the proud mummy of Maria, showing her off to grandma and grandpa (?) and all the aunties and uncles and cousins?

The dragonfly/damselfly-pics are ENORMOUS, and so is the bird. Could it be the background colour that makes me say so?
Yes.
But not only that!!!
It is the precision, the sharpness, the perfect focus!

And the giggling girls are cute. So is Maria in her dress... ah. Can't wait to see more!!!!

Yes, Grandma and Grandpa are excited like crazy, and so is everyone else.. and I mean everyone! Everywhere we go with this child people (mostly women) come over for a hello and a smile., it is so amazing.. when we are finished this trip, I will dedicate a whole new gallery on my website, for friend of Maria, since we created a new rule today.. if you want to hold the baby, we are going to photograph you, and your going on our website!

I can't get over how beautiful Maria is. She has those big brown eyes and those long long eyelashes. It could almost make one melt! (She actually had two females on this side of the computer oohing and awwing

) Great to here the trip went well (must have been a very long plane ride) and looking forward to more pictures

Hey Ray,

I was wondering when you were going. When you called the other day I was over Ottawa at 3,000ft photographing a Battle of Britain formation flight. It has been a very busy summer with no signs of letting up.

That is one wicked looking dragonfly, or what ever it is. Say hello to Daisy and Maria for Berni and I.
