Did you see if it got eaten? Poor fly... now if that spider was on a pink flower that fly would've seen it.

Yes, the crab spider was in the process of eating it. Yep, on a butterfly milkweed in my garden. The individual flowers are about 5mm across, to give you an idea of scale.
