Decided to shoot at 300mm today

Sometimes teleconverters get annoying and glitchy so I wanted to see what I could do shooting short. Had to work for a few hours in the middle of the day so I didn't get to shoot as much as I wanted to. Comments welcome..

1 . Blowing in the wind.. The remaining owlet has flown from the nest to a nearby tree. He was there this morning and still there when I went back tonight

A quick question, how much did you crop for #3 &#4?

All fantastic shots Kris, that last one though is outstanding !! Brilliant timing and the question is, did it get lucky or did it miss ?? The reflection is the icing on the cake Kris.

A quick question, how much did you crop for #3 &#4?

the d7100 is 6000x400 native, #3 is cropped 3523x2574 and #4 is cropped more to 2736x1950
