That's meatloaf??? that looks NOTHING like the meatloaf my mom used to make...yours looks a lot better!

Here you go:

Ground beef.1-2 lbs. depending on how much you want to make
1-2 eggs
1 small- med. Onion well chopped (onion is very important for taste)
1/2 tlbs - 1 tlbs. of thyme (depending on how much meat you use)
1/2-3/4 cups of breadcrumbs
A
dd enough milk to make moist (part of the secret)
Ketchup about 3-4 tablespoons.

Salt and pepper the meat as if you would a hamburger.

The secret is to make the meat nice and moist to cook but not too moist or it will just fall apart.

G
ravy. Get McCormick Aujus pack mix...mix with just a little less water than the package requires. (1/2 cup or so) and as meat cooks after the first 1/2 hour, put a little of the mix at a time in the bottom of the pan so it mixes with the juices and cook slowly with the meat. Make sure it doesn't burn. Keep an eye on it.

Cook meat at about 350 degrees for about 1- 1 and 1/2 hours. Not too long or it gets too dry.
